ISD Transaction Services provide connections between a merchant's point-of-sale hardware and software to components of the ISD Enterprise Transaction Framework. ISD Transaction Services are completely configurable to address a wide variety of merchant environment scenarios and contains solutions that can be implemented separately or combined to form larger, end-to-end payment processing systems.

- ISD BIN Management: ISD BIN Management performs BIN table look-up to quickly determine if a card can be processed as credit, debit, or both. ISD BIN Management then identifies PIN-capable transactions to allow merchants to prompt for a PIN number and achieve greater cost savings.
- ISD Time-Out Reversal Processing: ISD Time-Out Reversal (TOR) Processing reverses unsuccessful transactions that occur due to communications issues or processor outages. As a result, account balances are consistently updated and remain accurate throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- ISD Store-and-Forward Processing: ISD Store-and-Forward (SAF) Processing ensures delivery of store side transactions to the ISD Host Switch when communications issues occur between these two points in the transaction flow. As a result, SAF handles the storage of real-time reversals and offline approval transactions and is configured to manage these transactions until they are successfully processed, or until a configured number of attempts have been executed.
- ISD PIN Communications: ISD PIN Communications offers a non-intrusive solution for merchants who wish to drive PIN pad devices from their point-of-sale systems; all without affecting legacy point-of-sale hardware and software. Using ISD PIN Communications, merchants can customize their credit, debit, and stored value transaction sequences and associated PIN prompting messages. ISD PIN Communications integrates with ISD BIN Management and ISD Store and Forward/Time-Out Reversal for additional payment processing capabilities.
